As a long-time resident and taxpayer of Milton Township, I am humbled to ask for your support in my campaign to become the next Assessor for Milton Township.

As a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in 17 different states, I offer extensive professional experience and highly skilled perspectives. From 1993-2022, I successfully ran a large real estate appraisal and litigation consulting firm with offices in Chicago & Downers Grove. In 2023, we merged that firm into the appraisal litigation practice of a prestigious international Fortune 500 real estate company. My clients have included some of the largest accounting firms, law firms, commercial banks, and corporations in the world. I have provided services to local, county, state, and federal government agencies; park, school and port districts; the state governments of Illinois, Wisconsin, and Louisiana; the U.S. Departments of Justice, Energy, Corrections, and Veterans Affairs; the FDIC; the U.S. Postal Service and many others. More importantly, my clients have been real people I had the pleasure to serve personally with real needs and opportunities.

My knowledge of real estate taxation and law is extensive from decades of work with real estate arbitration, advisory, brokerage, consulting, managing, receivership, and valuation services involving real estate assets located throughout the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
